HI hope you can take a look at YOUR new deal for the people of Ireland

When franklin Roosevelt came to power in the great depression of the 1930’s he created the
NEW DEAL this is now the time for Irelands NEW DEAL we need new thinking and new plans NOW.
To Bring about CHANGE we need to drop rhetoric. We need to put to one side ideologies
Stop calling voters working class or even working people, most working people don’t see that they ARE working class – call them decent people or ordinary decent people.

Housing The affordable Housing Scam – While It is ture the mad mac had a large part to do with the housing crash with his will they won’t they stamp duty panto. The affordable housing scam has also played a major role – The Clawback element means that first time buyers a locked in for 20 years – they can not trade up, this as feed its way up the proprty ladder.

When Roosevelt set up fanny mae he banks were killing the usa. Farmers and ordinary decent people were being bulldozed out, when this happens it created massive problems for society.
Fanny Mae provided backing for nearly half of all home loans is the u.s. Until 1979
Ireland needs a govement company to back all new home loans for ordinary people and small business lets say up to €350000.
The goverment company would have a role to play in helping home owners in difficulty maybe with mabs.
This company would have a major impact in controling house prices but would also free up the housing market.
As we are NOW the tax payer pays billions each year in rent allowance, as people lose their homes this will rise – for no real reason.

Jobs -like dell we are about to see a major shift in jobs from Ireland companys like IBM,HP etc will
all leave unless we change now.
There is two parts to this, we need the esb, eircom etc in goverments hands – This way we can provide business with cheap operating costs. We also need to lower the cost of living, – lower the stress on wages. Vat should be at 15%( this would have a small effect on the price of cigs, drink leave them we all buy our cigs in spain)

Jobs or eduction for all, Huge numbers of ordinary people with skills are sitting at home on the dole – This is a scandle we need non profit companys to build projects that would not be build otherwise,
hospitals, schools, upgrading homes for the elderly, redevelopment of disadvantage comunities.
The opition to improve our socitey insead of roting on the dole.

VRT this is a huge one it need to be scraped- it costs lives – saftey is taxed
-Its bad for the planet – old cars
It costs job – higher cost of living

If you guarantee this you will be in goverment and gerry will be the president
crowds of people will be outside the dail demaning a change
If you don’t kick ff/fg now you never will
And don’t forget to aways remind people the cowen pays himself more that the president of the usa
    best of luck 🙂

Sorry the above is incorrect, the only reason FDR had the new deal was because in 1932 over 1,000.00 million people voted forsocialist or communist parties, also the Louisanna Senator said that each American should be given Usd 5400 each, the Government got scared then hence the new Deal, the Ssame thing happenned after the 2nd World War with the Marshall plan, they split Germany
